"Extremely let down by customer support"
I am really let down by the customer support. I bought a swimsuit along with two pairs of lounge shorts for my daughter. After making the purchase, I reached out via email to double-check the size of the bathing suit. When I selected 'adult size,' it showed me the teen options instead, which was not what I wanted. The teen size also appeared on my electronic receipt, even though I was trying to get women's sizing. After a few days of back-and-forth emails, they suggested a size that I wasn't sure about, and then they told me that one of the three items I ordered was out of stock. Feeling uneasy about their size suggestions, I asked for a refund since nothing had been shipped yet. They agreed to refund the out-of-stock item, but even though their products hadn’t left their place, they wouldn’t refund the rest of my order. Since they don’t take returns, I might end up with whatever they send me, and if the size is off, I’ll have to pay international shipping fees to swap them out. With the exchange and duty fees already piling up, this is a real hassle. Because they don’t provide refunds even if the item hasn’t shipped or if you’re unhappy with the quality, you’re stuck with what you get. I won’t be buying from this company again.

"First Period Box Purchase for My Daughter"
I bought the initial period box to ease my daughter's journey into adulthood, making it a bit less scary. We’ve chatted a lot about what she should anticipate, but that first experience can still be pretty daunting. The box arrived and it was just right... except for the size. After getting assistance from customer service and making two returns, we’re crossing our fingers for the right fit now. They were super helpful throughout the process. Really love this product!
